There are two different reports we can generate for you. The Product Report will contain any number of products in which you have an interest (the sample below contains five products). It will also contain a listing of all of the features we track making this one of the most comprehensive reports available on the market.

The Comparative Report contains only two products and is designed to show the functional strengths of one product and the weaknesses of a second product. Of the 3,500+ features we track in our database, we list only those where the response for the Base Product is Yes (the requirement can be met in the core business management system) and the response for the Target Product is anything other than Yes.

We actually give vendors the ability to utilize eight different responses as follows:

• Y - Yes (the feature is in the core business management system)
• N – No (the requirement cannot be met by the system)
• T – Third Party Product (the requirement can be met by using a Third Party Product)
• R – Report Writer (the report can be generated only by using a Report Writer)
• F – Future Release (the feature will be available within 12 months)
• A – Added Field (the information can be tracked by adding a field to the database)
• C – Customization (the feature can be added by a relatively simple customization)
• M – Modification (the feature can be added but only by relatively complex modification)
