Simply select the plan (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) that best suits your business needs. You’ll gain access to software version upgrades, service pack updates(2), and with the Sage DacEasy Payroll Tax Update Service, tax table updates for Payroll module customers.

The most comprehensive plan available is the Gold plan. This plan offers unlimited access (3) to toll-free phone support, as well as unlimited access to Tech Tuesday and Business-Building Workshops. The Silver plan offers a limited number of toll-free telephone support cases and Sage Business Care Workshops(4). And the Bronze plan is designed for companies that use their business partner exclusively for support and training, allowing them all available software version upgrades and service pack updates.

And for customers using Sage DacEasy Payroll, the Sage DacEasy Payroll Tax Update Service is also available. It provides U.S. payroll tax updates so you can handle payroll in-house and help make sure your payroll system is in compliance. With this service, you can manage the critical tasks of processing payroll tax withholding and reporting quickly, accurately, and easily—for a fraction of the price of an outside payroll service.

1 To ensure continuous service, your Sage Business Care plan is an automatically renewing plan and subsequent years will be automatically billed to the same credit card each year
on the anniversary date of your purchase at the then current rate after notifying you 30 days in advance of your anniversary date. Renewal is not required for continuous access to product updates for supported versions. You may terminate the plan with at least seven calendar days’ notice prior to your renewal date and not be charged for the renewal. Upon initial enrollment, first-time Sage DacEasy customers may cancel their Sage Business Care plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any rebates received. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

2 Sage Business Care is not required to receive service pack updates that include critical fixes for supported Sage DacEasy products.

3 Support Specialists reserve the right to limit calls to one hour or one incident.
