The GMS Accounting system is not sold as separate modules but rather as a package containing all the necessary functions to run your non-profit on a daily basis. Our underlying system design is entity-wide providing you an integrated accounting system that performs all accounting activities such as

Firm Description:
GMS is a national developer of accounting and revolving loan software for non-profit organizations. The basic accounting package provides comprehensive financial reporting, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable and extensive computerized cost allocation. Other modules or supplements are available, for instance, Purchase Orders, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset Inventory, Report Writer, etc. GMS integrates grant/contract financial management within an entity system that segregates net assets.
Training:
Off-site Telephone Installation and Training are required with purchase at the prevailing hourly rate. 3-6 hours are estimated for each installation and initial setup training. GMS requires On-site Training at your location to insure your staff makes the most of the organization's software investment. Cost for on-site training is at our prevailing rate per day plus actual travel. Training and travel will be billed as incurred.

All on-site training is done by experienced GMS field staff. Training required on a one-two user version system is typically two weeks on-site. Three-four and five plus user version systems normally require two-three weeks on-site. Your agency will be quoted based on its needs.
Support:
GMS strives to respond to any support calls within two working hours. Full Support is required for the first 12 months of use. Pay as you use support can be implemented at the prevailing rate if agency chooses to discontinue full support after one year. You may elect to return to full support at any time.
