"We have used the Collections Management Solution software for one year now and have been very satisfied. It allows our credit representatives to easily identify, isolate and act on past due invoices. It affords management a tool to monitor the results globally, by groups and by individuals.

All efforts are focused on payment; to accomplish this, we can assign specific credit representatives to groups of accounts, individual clients, or even specific invoices. All information is easily tracked, who we talked to, what was said, what was done and when payment is promised. If payment is not made, access to the information for follow up is up quick and effective. Partially paid, high value and disputed invoices are easily identified and can be acted on appropriately.

By identifying and acting on real problems, we have significantly reduced our DSO while reducing our collection costs. The experience has been a positive one for our staff and more importantly our clients.
