When installing The Accounting Library, an error message is displayed not unlike the image above.

Suggestion

Individual computers should have Windows Installer operating as a standard component. In some cases the latest version of Windows Installer is not present.

• Are all Window Updates installed and up to date?
• Have you verified Windows Installer is installed and working correctly?
• Download the latest version of Windows Installer here.
• Ensure you run Windows Updates again after installing this software
